Produktdetails & Reinigung
Du erhältst eine wiederverwendbare, runde Schablone mit kleinem Griff und deinem eigenen Motiv. Im Lieferumfang ist nur die Schablone bzw. das gewählte Set enthalten; Tassen, Gläser, Pulver und Siebe gehören nicht dazu. Reinige die Schablone vorsichtig mit Wasser und Spülmittel, spüle sie ab und lass sie trocknen. Behandle feine Motivdetails besonders behutsam.
Versand & Fertigung
Sobald uns dein Motiv oder deine Textvorgaben vorliegen, erhältst du deinen digitalen Entwurf innerhalb von 48 Stunden per E-Mail. Nach deiner Freigabe beginnt die Fertigung. Die Lieferzeit hängt vom Zielland und der Versandart ab. Korrekturrunden oder fehlende Dateien können die Bearbeitungszeit verlängern.

Bis zur Freigabe deines Entwurfs kannst du Änderungen anfordern oder deine Bestellung gegen Erstattung stornieren. Nach der Freigabe fertigen wir die Schablone individuell für dich; eine Rückgabe bei bloßem Nichtgefallen ist dann nicht möglich. Ist deine Schablone beschädigt, fehlerhaft oder falsch geliefert, schreib uns an orders@stencilmonkey.com.

Start with smooth, stable foam. Hold the stencil close without touching it, sift a little fine cocoa, then lift straight up. Wash with water and dish soap; rinse and dry before reusing.

passt auf deine Tasse?
Wähle die Tassenöffnung: Für 8 cm erhältst du eine Schablone mit 11 cm Durchmesser. Für 11 cm erhältst du 13 cm Schablonendurchmesser. Der Griff steht zusätzlich über.
Die Schablone ist größer als die Tassenöffnung. So kannst du sie auf dem Rand auflegen.

Die Schablonenmaße verstehen sich ohne den kleinen Griff. Die Motivfläche ist ein Richtwert. Die endgültigen Maße siehst du in deinem Entwurf.
Die Proportionen bleiben erhalten. Für ein sauberes Ergebnis passen wir die Motivgröße bei Bedarf etwas an. Die genauen Motiv- und Schablonenmaße stimmen wir im Entwurf mit dir ab.

No. It means the inside diameter of the cup or glass opening. A 3″ opening gets a 4″ stencil body with an approximately 2.5″ artwork area. A 4″ opening gets a 5″ body with an approximately 3.5″ artwork area. The small handle extends beyond the body.
We adapt your artwork to fit proportionally within the circular design area. Small text and fine details may need simplifying, and stencil bridges may be added to hold the design together. You approve the final result before production.
Yes—choose by your glass opening. A stable foam top provides a surface for a lightly dusted design. Measure your glass and contact us if its opening differs from the listed sizes.
The upload is optional. Add text instructions in the order notes, or email your files after ordering with your order number. If you upload several files or need different designs, explain how they should be used so we can confirm the layout and any price changes before production.
One original stencil plus the selected number of additional copies of the same design and size. The total number of stencils is shown on each option. Powder, sifters, cups and glasses are not included.
Wash gently with water and dish soap, rinse and allow to dry. Handle small cutouts carefully and store flat. Start each application with a clean, dry stencil.
Once we have your artwork or instructions, your proof is emailed within 48 hours. Production and dispatch take 1–3 business days after approval. Shipping time is additional. Revisions and delayed artwork can extend the timeline.
You can request revisions before approving your proof. If you decide not to proceed, request a refund before approval. After approval, the stencil is made to your specifications; contact us if your delivered item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
